I'm sure that it is an oversight, but I was not impressed with captions for missing photographs. At least I should be happy that the typically shocking poor level of proof-reading prevalent in e-books was not the case here (still managed to find the odd spelling mistake).As for the book itself, it appears to be several short chapters glued together, where stories from previous chapters are repeated a lot. Otherwise it was a breeze to read and enjoyable.
